How to lose weight




In this article i will provide some weight loss  you can try it in home by this you can get 100 percent results in this world 1 among 3 people have the problem of obesity caused because of many reasons like unhealthy food practices, genes ( by parents), kind of work etc...
        If you want to lose weight have some dedication. If you are decided truly then your half of work is done don't miss any steps i have given here so you can achieve your goal of weight loss.

  Important steps for weight loss diet
Practice these habits morning to evening don't skip any steps

1. Start your fresh morning by having a cup of green tea

2. For breakfast avoid junk food, rice items, bread and oil foods because these foods have high sugar content and cholesterol
 Instead of that you can have chapathi or roti or its better to eat fresh vegetables like carrot,beans,cucumber cut into pieces and eat these at the morning

3. If you feel hungry at the middle of your work have a green tea make it as habit.

4. In the lunch time you are free to have rice food items but not too much.

5. In the evening please stop eating junk food like pani puri, pizza, burger,coffee. Leave your junk food habits for some days.

6.instead of chats at evening have vegetables.

7. Make a practice of liquid food items like fruit juices or fruit salad

8. In the night eat only two chapathi's with a cup of milk.
